Mary Barber, MD has been a fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery since 1995. While serving active duty in the US Air Force, her mentor and fellow dermatologist Lt Col Daniel Ingraham developed a melanoma which led to his untimely death at age 50. Since that time Dr. Barber has devoted her career to the diagnosis and treatment of all types of skin cancer. As of Aug 2014 she has performed over 17000 Mohs Micrographic Surgeries.
